A. We own several properties throughout the state of Florida. If you see a lot you like, feel free to go out and view the land yourself. If you would like to meet at a property, please call our office directly to set up a time to do so. But otherwise, no face-to-face meeting is necessary to purchase our land.

A. Most of our properties have been staked out by the estimated property lines. However, MADD Assets, LLC does not normally incur the cost of a new survey so we can pass the savings to our customers. If the land has been surveyed by a certified surveyor, it will be posted with the associated properties details. However, if you would like your land surveyed, we can do so as an added fee or help refer a local alnd surveyor.

A. Yes, we highly recommend every buyer to inspect each property and perform all of their due diligence before entering into a contract.

A. Bank deposits, Bank wires, Cashier’s checks, Zelle and of course Cash.

A. Everyone! No credit checks are needed.

A: No, all our properties are listed at the lowest cash price which include all document fees and closing costs. However, owner financing is available, but prices will vary.

A: Call the County where the property is located. Every County and every neighborhood has different permitting rules.

A: Yes. We acquire properties where we have buyers. If we know you want something specific, we’ll do our best to get it for you.
